Dr. Susan Strauss is a seasoned consultant and trainer specializing in workplace discrimination, harassment, and bullying. She has trained thousands of executives, managers, and employees for clients representing a variety of industries and organizations, including the business and legal sectors; national, state, and local government; healthcare; education; and the non-profit, public, and private sectors.
Susan assists managers and Human Resources professionals in the development of appropriate harassment and bullying prevention and intervention strategies. This is generally followed by recommendations for enhancements to policies and procedures related to harassment and the code of conduct, as well as training needs.

- Conducting research measuring the relationship between workplace bullying and gender harassment for both males and females.
- Providing 1:1 coaching with employees identified as being in need of coaching in order to address their inappropriate bullying, and/or harassing behavior.
- Conducting harassment and bullying investigations, making determinations as to whether harassment occurred, and offering recommendations for resolution.
- Training regarding the investigation of complaints of discrimination, harassment and bullying.
- Training of management and employees about discrimination, harassment and bullying.
- Conducting field research on sex discrimination and sexual harassment in Polish workplaces (Of note, Susan conducted such research as a volunteer with Advocates for Human Rights in several Polish cities, resulting in a formal report to the United Nations, as well as organizations and agencies related to Polish workplaces and the Polish government.)
